Summer 2017 Results Dates
Results will be released to students in August on the following dates:
CIE – Thursday 10th (from 2pm)
Other exam boards – Thursday 24th
GCE (AS & A2)
All exam boards – Thursday 17th
A Pupil Portal guide has been issued to students showing them how to access their results for their summer external exams. Students should contact the examination team if they cannot access their Pupil Portal. Your son/daughter can activate your access to view their results by changing the settings in the Public Examinations section of their Pupil Portal.
EXAM RESULTS WILL ONLY BE ACCESSIBLE VIA THE PORTAL AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT BY EMAIL OR OVER THE PHONE.
Post Result Services
Students who are not happy with their Summer 2017 grades can request Post Results Services. This includes services such as a review of marking and access to scripts. A priority service exists for GCEs only where a university place is pending. This is only available in the first 7 days following results release. Students can do so by completing the relevant form found here. Once the form has been completed and signed it should be emailed or handed to the Exams Team.
A Level Priority Service: Thursday August 24th
Normal Service: Friday 15th September
It is important to note that a review of marking could result in a grade going up, down or staying the same.
We will accepting external candidates for the June 2018 exam series for those subjects and exam boards offered as part of the King’s College Soto curriculum. If you are interested in being entered as an external candidate then please fill in the entry form and return it to us via email (see contact details at the bottom of the page). The deadline is Friday 15th December 2017.

GCE resits will take place in June 2018. Students who wish to resit GCE can do so by completing the relevant form found here.
Once the form has been completed and signed it should be handed-in to the Exams Team in the Academic Office (A1A) By Friday 12th January 2018.

June 2016 and Earlier Certificates
Please be aware there are still certificates available for collection in A1A.
In accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) guidelines we will only keep exam certificates for one year before returning them to the exam board. If we no longer have your certificate after one year has passed then you will have to contact the exam board directly to retrieve a copy of your certificate. Please contact us if you need any assistance in this process.
